Enrolment FAQ
Can I apply for a course after September?
Students wishing to apply for courses after the 6 September
should call into Learner Services at the Hub or call the Admissions
team on 01302 553886, or alternatively email at central.admissions@don.ac.uk
I haven't applied for a course yet, is it too late?
Many courses we run may still have places available, and
part-time courses have starting dates further into the year as
well. For further information and guidance, please contact Learner
Services at the Hub.
I'm not sure what I want to do, can you help?
Yes! We have a dedicated team of Careers advisers who are
on hand to discuss your options and help you find out
what is best for you. To book an appointment, please contact
Learner Services and we'll be happy to help.
Are there any car parking facilities near the Hub?
There are plenty of car park facilities dotted around the
Hub and the rest of Doncaster town centre. Please be aware
that these are pay-and-display facilities, as unfortunately we do
not have any free facilities here. For locations of each car park,
please see the Getting Here
page.
How long will enrolling take?
It depends how much you have already done. If you have applied
and completed your Skills Review, it may take a few hours to enrol,
depending on how busy we are on the day. If you have yet to either
apply or complete a Skills Review, then you may need to add a few
more hours on.
What is a Skills Review?
A Skills Review is a short assessment to find out your current
level of English and Maths. It isn't a test, it is simply a way for
us to identify any areas where we might be able to help you
alongside your main course of studies.
