One – three years full time
Attendance
You will come to College 3-4 days a week
Course Description
Our courses are based mainly around
Communication Skills, Building Confidence and Independence, Job
Experience, etc.
You will also be able to choose some of your
subjects, eg;
- Personal Presentation
- Gardening
- Art
- Catering
- Sport
- Drama
We also go on trips around Doncaster and
sometimes a little further!
Course Structure
On each course you will work towards a number
of units and get a qualification at the end of the year if you work
hard and come to all the classes.
Course Assessment
You have to attend all of your lessons and
work hard. Your tutors will also assess your skills while you are
in class.
How do you get onto the course?
You are invited to come to an interview
to meet the tutors and look around College.
Course Costs
Our team will help you if you have any
questions about the course or costs. Most of are courses are funded
by the government.
You will be supported by a very friendly team
who will help you to enjoy your time in College.
Course Enrichment
If you are a full-time student, you can take
part in Enrichment on Wednesday afternoons. There are lots of fun
activities (eg Swimming, Ice-Skating, Salsa Dancing, Football, Art,
T-shirt Printing and many others.
Course Progression
At the end of your course you may be able to
go onto another course at a higher level or you may be ready to
start work.
