Increasingly, adults are returning to education through the
Access to Adult Learning & Training courses, in order to
improve their job prospects, or to take on the challenge of a
university education. Access programmes are developed to enable
‘adult returnees’ to build upon their past work and life
experiences to increase their self confidence, self belief,
academic and personal skills.

With our individual approach to information and guidance, you
will complete a skills review and diagnostic assessment (numeracy
& literacy) prior to your course guidance interview. However,
in the meantime, if you would like to discuss your career
progression or financial support, the Careers Team have drop in
