Prince's Trust - Team Programme, Certificate in Employment, Teamwork and Community Skills
Course Description
This is a personal development course for
16-25 year olds run by the Prince’s Trust. The aim of the course is
to improve young people’s confidence, motivation and ability to
work with others.
12 weeks, full-time, followed by the opportunity to progress on
to further programmes that could last for the whole year! The
choice is yours.

Course Assessment
Assessment is based on your individual learning plan and you
will create a portfolio of work to prepare for Prince’s Trust
accreditation.
Entry Requirements
No academic entry requirements.
Initial assessment and pre-enrolment taster provided before
start of Team programme.
Course Progression Routes
You may progress to a job, education or training within three
months of successful completion of the Team course.
Course Career Prospects
This course will help you to follow a chosen career path by
entering employment or progressing on to a college course or
apprenticeship.

Enrichment
Activities such as trips and a week’s residential stay at an
approved activity centre; will be arranged, which are beneficial to
this course. You are expected to attend and take part in all such
arranged activities.
Course Costs
There is no cost to the learner for the course.
All necessary equipment is provided at no cost to the
learner.
