Course Description
The Supporting the customer service environment unit covers
everything you need to know to deliver a great experience to
customers - you'll learn how to recognise and meet customer needs,
improve through customer feedback and promote products and
services.
This course is a great introduction to working in a retail or
customer service environment whether you would like an introduction
to the fundamentals of good customer service or are looking to
build on your current understanding of customer service.
