Course Description
This three day hands-on course introduces students to the
primary feature set and basic interface of Logic, as well as how to
then create a customised environment that integrates with an
individual’s personal production studio.
Using exclusive material recorded by legendary music producers
and musicians, students will learn the ins and outs of MIDI and
audio recording, streamlined editing and arrangement techniques and
using and automating Logic’s comprehensive array of DSP effects and
software instruments.
This class is designed for those who want to learn music
production and composition using Logic Pro or Logic Express.
Designed to keep you at the forefront of Apple’s digital media
technology, the Apple Pro Training Program gives you a competitive
edge in today’s ever changing job market. Whether you are an
editor, composer, special effects artist, sound designer, web
developer or a teacher in multimedia, these training tools will
help you expand your skills.

The course is assessed by exam.
If students have self studied Apple Logic 101, they can choose
to attend College to take the exam. The cost for this is £110.
Course Entry requirements
There are no specific entry requirements for
Logic 101, but students are expected to have basic Mac OS knowledge
prior to attending this course.
Please note that all courses are subject to a minimum
number of students enrolling. Course dates will be scheduled when a
minimum number of students have registered their interest.
