I just wanted to drop you a quick email to say thank you very
much for yesterday. I have to say that I was quite apprehensive
about starting the course [as I suspect most of us are] its a long
time since I have done any studying. However you made the induction
both informative and exciting, you have amazing enthusiasm and I
could feel that rubbing off on us all. I am still, if honest, a
little worried about the time management factor, raising a large
family whilst working is quite a work load but I wanted you to know
that you made me feel yesterday that I could achieve this. I hope I
don't let you down !!!

I have just completed my Operations Management assignment
14 hours early. Considering that it is on Lean/Just in Time this
