Online Survey about quality 'after' school activities

As you are aware the Government intends that by 2010 all schools should become extended schools offering access to a core offer of five extended services. Schools may choose to provide these services themselves, offer them through clustering arrangements or use third party providers prom the private, voluntary and community sectors.

Children’s University is taking steps to help schools provide high quality study support delivered after school by gathering together a list of individuals and organisations that deliver high quality after school clubs, activities or special events. Once the list has been compiled it is anticipated that schools will be able to login to our website and find an appropriate activity that has been validated by the Children’s University using our national validation framework.

We need your help to put this together by spending a few moments completing the online survey below. Once completed, this free service will enable schools to have current information to hand that will help you provide extended services.
