The children will have the opportunity to achieve a level 4 Water Skills award from the ASA. They will be taught by a qualified swimming coach.
The skills they will learn include treading water, swimming in a recognised stroke, water games and ASA approved turning techniques. All children will receive a certificate of attendance and each session will include some team games to enjoy their confidence in the water.
