"Town Field Primary School was inspected in September 2009 under the new Inspection Framework for Schools. The Ofsted team were very interested to hear about our children’s engagement with Children’s University and were impressed with how this extra-curricular study provision had enhanced learning.

We were able to demonstrate how this enriched our curriculum and how it improved pupils’ attititudes to learning and raised their aspirations. It was considered to be an example of excellent practice and accepted as evidence under the category ‘The effectiveness of partnerships in promoting learning and well-being’, which was graded as outstanding.
