About the Day

On the day of your ceremony you will need to arrive at the Hub at either 10am or 11am to register. You will receive an email to notify you of your allotted time. After registration, you will move onto the robing area and (if you’ve pre-booked) you will then move into the photography area.

Depending on timings, you will have half an hour or so to meet with your family and friends. At approximately 12:15, Graduands must meet in the Atrium at The Hub to begin the line up for the procession. At this point, your guests must start making their way over to the Minster. Please ensure your guests have their tickets, and that these tickets have been validated at the registration desk.

The ceremony commences at 1pm, and will last approx 90 minutes. Immediately following the ceremony, Afternoon Tea will be served in the Events hall situated on the ground floor of the Hub. Stewards will be on hand to direct you.
