National Customer Service Week 
Learning Resources took part in National Customer Service Week
celebrations 6th-10th October and used the opportunity to get some
of your views of our service.
We want to say thank you to everyone who completed a comment
card. It really was rewarding to read your positive responses on
how helpful we have been to you in your studies so far. We will be
using your comments to inform our decision and policy making. In
the meantime, all comments and our responses are on display both at
the University Centre LRC and at the Study Centre on level 4 of the
Hub LRC.
National Year of Reading
To continue celebrating National Year of Reading we asked
Foundation students to visit the LRC and research various aspects
of different faiths, cultures and beliefs. The result is a
colourful collection of pictures and information now on display on
level 3 of the Hub LRC.
Huge thanks to everyone who contributed to the display from all
the staff at the LRC.
