LRC Inductions strike again...
September 10th, 2007
It’s that time of year again! The Hub is
thriving with life once again as a (mostly) cheery faced group of
students come to start the new academic year with us! The LRC
itself is busy running about as the staff rotate the great number
of newcomers through the LRC induction process, by providing tours
around the LRC and a brand new, very fancy, computerised
walkthrough of all we offer.
Basically this works with the aim of letting
you know everything that you want and need to know about how to use
Learning Resource Centre and get the most out of its use. From
opening hours, to where your course books are, and how to use the
computers it’s all there to see, and to put you in a good position
for the year to come.
Inductions are still available for staff
to book from the LRC counters this very day, and
there's plenty of open spaces. So there’s safety in
groups, though we’re not that scary really, and neither is
using the LRC… once you’re in the know!
