Block It
When you are browsing the web or checking emails, you should
always make sure that you can trust the content before
accessing it. If an email comes from somebody you don't know, be
careful of any links or attachments in the message. You should also
regularly change passwords, especially if you suspect somebody else
may know it or be trying to access it.
