Events

How Can I Join in?

Most of the activities are walk in events, so just drop in whenever you like! Classes are able to sign up to use certain areas so certain activities may be closed events depending on amount of participants. Both groups and individuals are welcome!

5th - 7th October - Portraits

Draw your own portrait or draw around your body, it’s up to you! Make it as colourful as you like or use one of our prompt cards to try something different.

8th - 9th October - Cityscapes

 Help us construct a view of your town. Use what you can see out of the LRC window, from books and our prompt cards.

12th - 14th October - Natural World

Come along and draw from a selection of items on loan to us from the Doncaster museum or use the roll of paper to experiment using our books and prompt cards

15th - 16th October - Culture and Society

There will be more beautiful artefacts from the Doncaster museum collection to examine and draw. You can also take a look at our books and prompt cards for inspiration on the theme.

5th - 16th October

• Make you own ID card! – draw a mini portrait and tell us all about yourself.
  
  
• Also various activity sheets will be available for those of you who think you can’t draw.
  
  
• Look out for our competitions and win some great prizes!
