Shabang!

Theatre company, SHABANG!, visited University Centre Doncaster recently.

SHABANG! are Kim Reuter and Russ Elias - theatre practitioners with over twenty years experience of creating music, song, drama and theatre for special needs settings.

They work exclusively within the field of special needs. Kim and Russ are musicians, performers, designers, makers, Makaton signers and are both qualified teachers.

They combine these skills to create a blend of their own peculiar educational tomfoolery breaking through the fourth wall and inviting the audience to participate in a special and unique shared experience.

They came to work with year one and year two students on the

Early Childcare Studies course involving them and showing techniques of working with young children
