Former College Student Is Cut Above

Former College student, Elizabeth Hinchcliffe

Former College student Elizabeth Hinchcliffe has been awarded the Young Entrepreneur of the Year at the Doncaster Business Awards held recently at the Dome.

Elizabeth, who owns the Bella Fiore Beauty Salon in Misterton achieved Levels 1, 2, and 3 in Beauty Therapy and Level 2 in Hair whilst studying at the College.

The award is presented to the outstanding individual, under 30, who best demonstrated exceptional vision and leadership in the establishment and development of business and judges commented that: “ The Bella Fiore Salon provides a diverse client base with a wide range of health and beauty care treatments using only the finest quality products. Elizabeth's passion for business has enabled her to continually develop her business model, which has resulted in an expanding and loyal customer base

Elizabeth’s former lecturer Sue Cocking stated “It is always great to see our former students go on to become a success and we hope that Elizabeth’s business goes from strength to strength”
