Hundreds have watched South Yorkshire’s newest fashion
talent present their creations at Doncaster College’s fashion
show.
The annual show took place at High Melton’s
Harvey Theatre on Friday, June 13, with hundreds of people watching
in the audience and online.
Almost 300 people watched the show live over
the internet as the College streamed coverage of the 90-minute show
for the second year running. People tuned in from as far away as
Belgium, Holland, Russia and Germany.
Dozens of students showcased their work in
front of friends, family and industry experts at the ever-popular
show, which included an exciting and original collection of group
fashion projects and final year individual work as well as fashion
garments, millinery and accessories.

Fashion students worked alongside hair and
beauty, floristry, music technology and digital video pupils from
the College on the show.
Youngsters from Thorne Trinity Academy also
took part in the event, showing off their skirt designs.
Fashion course leader Debbie Pulleyblank said:
“This event always provides us with a great opportunity to showcase
the exceptional, creative diversity and professional design and
realisation skills of Doncaster College’s fashion students and
graduates.”
