Dig Out Your Neon Legwarmers It’s Time to Get Fit!
College Childcare students in
partnership with students from Sheffield University are holding fun
and free exercise sessions in the Hub Lecture Theatre (S.3.800) on
Wednesday 10th March between 11am and 2pm.
The exercise sessions will have a ‘Fame’ theme
so feel free to turn up in neon legwarmers, leggings and
sweatbands.
Not only that but there’s a healthy food snack
bar and you can check how many calories are in your favourite food
items.
So why not dust off your trainers and pop along.
