Looked After Children and Care Leaver Learners

with experiences of being in care sometimes want or need a little
extra support.
We are committed to ensuring our looked after young people and
care leavers receive the best opportunities and support to
succeed.

Making Care Count
Doncaster College has teamed up with the local
authority and the Children’s Rights Service to develop a Children
In Care Council. The CIC Council will meet fortnightly and discuss
issues important to looked after young people and care leavers. The
agenda will be entirely influenced by young people and this is the
opportunity to have your views heard.
