Biography

Over the past 9 years, I have specialised in Sport Injury Rehabilitation, achieving a distinction classification MSc in Sport Injury Rehabilitation from the University of Salford, and an upper, second classification BSc (Hons) in Sport Injury Rehabilitation from Middlesex University, in addition to working for several years within non-league football as an injury rehabilitator. I have delivered seminars in functional screening at the National University for Physical Education in Bucharest, Romania in addition to presenting at a conference in “European Standards in Training Specialists from the Physical Education and Sports Area” at the same institution. I have also recently been asked to present two abstracts at the forthcoming “World Conference in Science and Soccer” in Ghent, Belgium. My research interests include balance capabilities of athletes and the contributing physiological factors to balance. This research has, thus far, utilised the Doncaster Rovers Youth Academy footballers and the Year 1 Dance Practice students.
