Helpdesk Engineer
Salary Range: £15,405.72 with possible
progression to £18,744.84
Primarily based at The Hub, this is a customer
facing role requiring an individual who is confident in dealing
with people directly, by phone and e-mail. Excellent communication
skills and the ability to provide 1st and 2nd line fixes on
computers and associated peripheral are required whilst also being
able to deal with problems and enquiries efficiently.
The successful candidate will provide guidance
to College staff and students regarding IT related issues and will
also play an integral role within the CITS team.
