Graduate in Doncaster

Posted: 28th November 2017

Over four hundred students, from forty different courses, have Graduated in Doncaster

Students celebrated degree success on Tuesday 21st November with ceremonies at Doncaster Minster.

Students start the day’s proceedings at our town centre Hub campus, processing in full academic dress across to Doncaster Minster. Joined on the day by respected guests such as the Lord Lieutenant of South Yorkshire and Civic Mayor, George Derx the day is a celebration of the hard work put into achieving higher education success.

University Centre Doncaster prides itself on the high quality of its teaching, small class sizes and level of tutor support. Relocated within the heart of the town centre at our College’s Hub campus, the University Centre offers an affordable alternative for degree courses validated by the University of Hull and University of Cumbria.

“Doncaster is ambitious, the 4th fastest growing economy in the country, and we are ambitious for Doncaster,” said Chief Executive Officer, Mrs Anne Tyrrell. “University Centre Doncaster is proud to play a part in Doncaster’s ambition to be a university city, and believe that our long-established University Centre, will, and must, play a significant part in realising Doncaster’s ambitions.”

We are proud to celebrate the success of all our students. As an accumulation of many years hard work we thoroughly enjoy welcoming them back to congratulate them and wish them well on their next steps.
