Course Overview
The Level 2 qualification is for you if you’re working in an administrative or customer service role or if you are looking to move into a role as advisor or to progress in your current role. The qualification will be assessed by you demonstrating your skills in a variety of guidance support activities. The qualification consists of 3 mandatory units and 3 optional units.

Units and Structure
To achieve the whole qualification at Level 2, candidates must achieve six units in total including all three mandatory units and three optional units.
The mandatory units for the Edexcel Level 2 NVQ in Advice and Guidance Support that all candidates must achieve are:
- AG2 Support clients to make use of the advice and guidance service
- AG4 Interact with clients using a range of media
- ICS38 Develop personal performance through delivering customer service
Plus 3 optional units.
