Becky Heald

I have worked in the beauty industry 20 years, working in hotels and beauty salons. My love for beauty therapy started as a young teenager, I enjoyed experimenting on my friends and family doing their make-up and nails, which blossomed further as I progressed and developed through the various beauty and nail courses I attended.

I am passionate about passing on these skills to the next generation of therapists. Teaching level 1 gives me a great opportunity to invest my time in learners with basic skills, helping them to grow into professional therapists.

Student Comment

I started college in the summer of 2015. I got accepted onto Level 1 Beauty Therapy. This is where I learned the skills of a basic manicure, pedicure and facial. Level 1 starts off as challenging but once you get your head round everything you are away with everything. Also on this course I met friends for life, along with all the skills I needed to get my part time job at the salon where I still work at now. Completing my Level 1 meant I could progress on to Level 2. You can achieve anything when you put your mind to it.
