Course Overview

This is a new course for this year, but we currently have students from our previous Level 3 qualifications working in Spas including Thorsby Hall, Aquasana, Truffle Lodge as well as on cruise ships.

Spa Therapy consists of non-medical treatments which help the overall health of the body. You will learn about the advanced aspects of body and spa therapy and related industries, and how to work effectively with colleagues and clients. This course will assist you in the promotion and selling of products and services, as well as maintaining personal health and wellbeing.  You will develop skills in body massage, aroma therapy massage, facial electrotherapy and spa treatments. Learning in a commercial spa environment, these skills will give you the ability to compete in a rapidly growing industry.

There will also be opportunities to do additional short courses during your time at college such as Ear Candling and Hot Stones Massage. (additional cost)
