Course Overview

Tuition is provided by experienced Learning and Development / Human Resource practitioners who are either Chartered Members or Fellows of the CIPD.

The course is designed to be highly practical and participative, with the emphasis on:

Units and Structure

The course covers the following practical modules, all related to the Learning Cycle

  • Learning Needs Analysis
  • Prepare and Design Learning Activities
  • Delivering Learning Activities
  • Evaluating Learning Activities

It also looks at how the Learning and Development function supports change with the following units:

  • Supporting Change in Organisations
  • There are also three context modules
  • Developing Yourself as a Learning and Development Practitioner
  • Recoding and Analysing Data
  • Understanding Organisations

Entry Requirements

You'll need to have:

Acceptance onto the course is subject to an interview by a member of the CIPD team.

Access to an organisation’s training or learning and development function.
