Course Overview
Training will take place in our well-equipped nail bar, with instruction from our team of highly skilled, qualified and supportive tutors.
You will be taught through a combination of classroom and salon based activities and will complete written and practical work. You will learn practical treatments by working on your classmates, before moving on to work on paying clients in our real life working salon.
You will be required to purchase a professional nail kit and uniform. Exact details and cost will be provided at interview.

Units and Structure
You will cover the following aspects as part of your course:
- Selecting and applying nail tips
- Application of acrylic overlay
- Application of silk/fibreglass overlay
- Application of gel overlay
- Replacement and maintenance of artificial nails
- Structure of the nail and skin
- Health and safety relating to nail extensions.
Entry Requirements
You'll need to have:
- Learners must be aged 18 or over
- Students must be of smart appearance and show a keen interest in the nails industry.
