Who is this qualification for?

This is an Entry 3 or Level 1 qualification which will enable learners to improve their motivation and confidence, and learn skills that are relevant to employment and personal development which will help them to make informed career and progression choices.

The qualification is particularly suitable for learners who have not previously achieved due to lack of focus, direction and/or confidence.

This qualification is designed to develop skills that break down barriers to employment. It will enable a learner to gain an insight into a vocational area and support them in identifying and selecting an appropriate progression route.
