Units and Structure

Unit 201 – Delivery of Effective Customer Service

This unit is designed for those who have or will have frequent direct contact with customers as part of their job role. The unit demonstrates how customer service can be developed and improved, designed to develop learners’ understanding of how customer service delivery and legislation affects customer expectation. It is the aim of this unit to develop your knowledge of customer service principles and how customer needs and expectations are formed.
