Team Leaders and Managers play an integral role in supporting organisational objectives through a wide range of functions, including: monitoring work, giving feedback, briefing teams, supporting team leaders, resolving problems, procuring supplies, project management and delivering and improving customer services.
Subjects studied range from Manage Personal Performance and Development to Manage Conflict within a Team and Develop a Presentation in the Team Leading framework. In the Management framework subjects include Principles of Business to Chair and Lead Meetings and Review the Quality of Customer Service.
College attendance is usually only required for the delivery of Functional Skills with most of the training delivered in the workplace.
