Delivery of Effective Customer Service Level 2

This unit is designed for those who have or will have frequent direct contact with customers as part of their job role. The unit demonstrates how customer service can be developed and improved, designed to develop learners’ understanding of how customer service delivery and legislation affects customer expectation.

It is the aim of this unit to develop your knowledge of customer service principles and how customer needs and expectations are formed.

The Customer Service fits lots of jobs where you deal with people. You might be entering or re-entering employment, or working in a customer service delivery role in any industry.

Communication skills and experience working with people are useful in almost any line of work so the job offers a whole range of opportunities for career progression, not directly linked to the customer service sector.
