Level 3 Sport and Physical Activity

This course will give you the necessary skills, knowledge and understanding of sport and the physical activity sector, preparing you for employment in a range of occupations, often through the route of higher education.

You will complete 30 hours of work experience within sports environments, working with a range of local companies all offering career opportunities for future job roles.

You will participate in weekly practical sports sessions where you will play range of sports such as football, volleyball, basketball, badminton and cricket. As well as being given the opportunity to join the colleges football team.

Alongside your main programme you will also be offered the opportunity to gain your Level 2 Gym Instructor qualification.

On successful completion of the course at a merit overall you will be offered the opportunity to progress to the Level 3 Extended Diploma in Sport and Physical Activity, which would offer the UCAS points needed for university.
