The City & Guilds qualification provide underpinning knowledge and recognise skills require to undertake a career within the digital industry such as troubleshooting, configuring, installation and networking management in IT.
The course focuses on entry level IT, where you can strengthen knowledge and recognise skills in System Support / Cyber Security / IT Technician /Hardware Repair in the workplace and tailor your knowledge to the specific job role within the digital industry.
The Level 2 programme allows those who are not in employment to progress into a specific job role in the IT Industry or advanced to the Level 3 Diploma / Apprenticeship.
The Level 2 Diploma in ICT Systems and Principles serves as technical certificate in the digital industry.
