This qualification focuses on the development of knowledge and skills needed to work for working in the engineering industry, which will prepare learners to enter the industry through employment or as an Apprentice.

Duration
This course is for 2 Year, typically 3 Days in college 2 days Industry work experience
In addition to completing the mandatory 17 unit Core component, learners will complete one standalone occupational specialism in Mechatronics.
Furthermore, the completion of this qualifications gives learners the opportunity to progress onto higher education courses and training.
Assessment Method
Exam, employer set project and practical assessment
Both Maths and English Grade 5 or above (plus Ideally Science Grade 4 or above)
