Course Description

The Supporting the customer service environment unit covers everything you need to know to deliver a great experience to customers - you'll learn how to recognise and meet customer needs, improve through customer feedback and promote products and services.

 

This course is a great introduction to working in a retail or customer service environment whether you would like an introduction to the fundamentals of good customer service or are looking to build on your current understanding of customer service.

Entry Requirements

There are no formal entry requirements. You will be asked to complete a free writing exercise as part of your application.

Course Progression Routes

Enhanced job prospects, or progression onto a level 2 or level 3 certificate in customer service .
