Doncaster College Forest School was established in 2008. Originally sessions were for Doncaster College Childcare students to understand the importance of outdoor learning. Today we offer outdoor learning experiences and training for visitors of all ages from across the region and beyond.

We provide activities and deliver topics that link to objectives across the National Curriculum and the Early Years Foundation Stage Framework. We work with children and young people up to KS4 and older children with special educational needs and disabilities, as well as delivering adult team building days that include risk, challenge and problem solving.

We have a vast array of qualified Forest School Practitioners who plan and deliver sessions in your own exclusive part of the woodland all year round.

Since 2015 we have offered the Level 3 Forest School Practictioners Course which enables a person in your company to gain a recognised qualification. We also offer a one day introduction to outdoor learning.
