Information you will need when studying from home.
We understand the response required for many of our staff and students during the current Coronavirus situation. Many of our courses and materials are available to study online during this time. This page contains information you may need in order to access and use these online systems.
Your usual College login details will be needed to access most of our online resources.
Your course will be available on the virtual learning platform you usually use, for example Google Classroom or Canvas.
As well as your online virtual learning platform, you also have access to other online resources including subject skills guides and tutorial support information.
How do I contact my tutor?
Your tutor should be available to contact through your virtual learning platform, or via email. Staff email addresses are in the format firstname.lastname@example.org – so somebody named Alex Smith would normally have an address of email@example.com. If you are still unsure, please use the form on this page.
What if I have trouble logging on?
If you have problems logging on or accessing any of our online services, please contact us using the form on this page. Please make sure to include your full name, DC number, and the resource(s) you are trying to access.
Contact us for assistance
Please carefully check through the guides on this page and the pages they link to. If you are still unsure or require assistance, fill in this form and we will respond as soon as we can.
Our normal working hours are 8:30am to 5:30pm so we may not respond promptly outside of these times.
