BA (Hons) Business Management students recently took a trip to London as part of their marketing module. Students had the opportunity to meet Brand Marketing Manager, Harriet Lancashire from the UK’s leading children’s charity Barnardos. Students gained insight into the history of the Barnardos brand, the evolution and success of various marketing campaigns, and forthcoming strategy and plans to mark Barnardos 150 year anniversary.
The trip made time for students to take in popular sites such as Buckingham Palace and Big Ben where they identified the various marketing strategies employed taking selfies with various campaigns, and high and low involvement products.
