When users of our site send us personal information, such as their email address or phone number, Doncaster College will:
- Never sell your personal details to anyone.
- Not give your personal details to any third party without your express agreement.
- Aim to use the information in order to shape and improve the services we offer.

Please note there is a fee of £10 to be paid (if paying by cheque please make payable to ‘Doncaster College’) and you may need to provide verification of identity before we can proceed with your request. We will endeavour to respond to your request as soon as possible and in all cases within 40 calendar days as specified by the Data Protection Act 1998.
We monitor and record connections to and from college servers. We do this for security, statistical, and performance-measurement reasons and in order to detect and prevent abuse of this service. The monitoring data we collect includes browser type, domain names, traffic volumes, temporal data, IP information, and data posted from web-forms on our site.
