Multi-Faith Room, N.4.726
The Multi-faith Room, based in room N.4.726 at The Hub, can be used by people of all faith groups, religions, beliefs and those with no religion or belief. The room may be used as a quiet space for people to sit and contemplate, to pray, to take a few moments to de-stress from a busy day, or to recover from a traumatic life event, such as bereavement.
Who can use the Multi-faith Room?
The room offers a designated space for spiritual/religious activities (individual and small group), designated prayer, as well as a space for peace, quiet and reflection. They are available to use by all Doncaster College students, staff and (by arrangement) visitors.
Food and Drink
The consumption of food and drink should be done in a manner which demonstrates respect for other users. The College Chaplaincy Team acknowledges that occasionally this forms part of worship requirements. Equally an individual may want to consume food or drink in moments of quiet contemplation. The room must be left clean and tidy.
