At Doncaster College, all full-time further education students are matched with a personal Student Progress and Performance Tutor who helps you take responsibility for your learning and development while you are with us.
We support and help you with your own learning in a number of ways. My Tutorial provides you with the opportunity to develop transferable skills, helping you get ready for employment.
Skills Boost
You will undertake 1 hour of online study each week in our student online learning education programme, Skills Boost, to promote independent learning.
Skills Zone
Use the City & Guilds Skills Zone e-learning platform to develop your employability skills.
Group Tutorials
You will take part in Group Tutorial sessions at key points during the year.
One-to-One Support
You will have up to five one-to-one tutorials over the year with your Student Progress and Performance Tutor.
Reports to Home
All full-time students, our Reports to Home programme keeps you and your parent/carer informed of your progress.
Student Progress and Performance Team
All of your Skills Boost, Group and One-to-One Tutorials are supported by your Student Progress and Performance Tutor, and your attendance is monitored by the Attendance Officer team.
