How does MySOLE work?

Every student on an Entry Level 3, Level 1, Level 2 & Level 3 course is taking part in My SOLE this year, there are 10 mandatory modules for you to take part in, the rest are for you to pick and choose from.

You might be wondering why you are required to complete these modules? The UK Government has decided that young people and people in College need to develop in the areas of Spirituality, Morality, Sociability and Cultural (SMSC) to become more well rounded individuals with more transferable skills for your journey into dierent communities and the place(s) you decide you want to work!

Transferable Skills

Transferable skills are sometimes overlooked but can make you stand out from the crowd in a professional interview if you can show how you have used them. The table below shows you what skills you can expect to gain throughout the My SOLE programme.
